Consultation:

On-site Assessment & Sampling:
Our team visually inspects your property noting any areas of issue. Using specialized equipment, we meticulously collect dust samples from targeted spots in your home.
Laboratory Analysis:
Samples are packaged and shipped to an EPA-accredited laboratory for analysis. Analysis takes up to 10 days however expedited 72hr testing is available for an additional $35.
Interpreting Results:
After testing is complete we will break down the findings and forward you the results along with all certifications required for rental licensing.
